SMOOTHIES


These are some of the smoothies that offers a great nutritional value to our body on a daily basis. The most coolest thing is, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare (including the cleaning blender :) as cleaning becomes crucial part of cooking for many of us).

Kale/Spinach Smoothie

What is so special about Kale?

Human body can absorb more calcium from Kale than from the milk. It was proven by NCBI - National Center for Biotechnology Information (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2321572)

In addition to that Kale has other good factors such as Anti-Inflammatory components, Iron, Fiber and Omega-3 Fatty acids. Adding tahini to the smoothie makes it even more calcium rich. On top of everything it has a good portion of Vitamin C from apple.

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 3 Lacinato/Dinosaur Kale Leaves, 1 Apple cored, 1 TBSP Tahini, 1 TBSP Flax seed, 1 TBSP Hemp protein, 3 Dates pitted. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie

Orange Banana Smoothie

Nice Refreshing, Antioxidant, Immune Booster smoothie

Rich Vitamin C and has lots of energy you need for the day

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1 Orange, 1 Banana, 1 TBSP Hemp oil, 1 TBSP Flax seed, 1 TBSP Hemp protein, 2 TBSP Pumpkin seeds. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie

Ginger Pear Smoothie

Great during the workout smoothie

It has good carbs which is easy on the digestion, so it turned out to be perfect during workout smoothie

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1 Pear, 1 Banana, 1 Small Ginger piece, 1 TBSP Flax seed, 1 TBSP Hemp protein. Blend them all nicely.

Pineapple Papaya Smoothie

Very good after workout smoothie. Gives great energy

Vitamin A in this smoothie helps your vision, recover the cells from the damages from your workout. It also has good portion of VitaminB-6 which helps your immune system

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1/2 Cup Pineapple, 1 Cup Papaya, 1 Banana, 1 TBSP Coconut oil, 1 TBSP Flax seed, 1 TBSP Hemp protein. Blend them all nicely

Pomegranate Smoothie

Nice Refreshing, Anti-Inflammation, Great fiber source

Vitamin K helps regulate and has lots of energy you need for the day

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1 Pomegranate peeled, 1 Banana, 1 Dates Pitted, 1 TBSP Flax seed, 1 TBSP Hemp protein. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie

Mango Lime Smoothie

Similar to Orange and Pineapple smoothie, this smoothie is a good source for Vitamin A and C

This smoothie is filling and helps circulate the blood, very good energy throughout the day

Instructions: 2 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1/2 Mango, 1 Banana, 1 Lime, Tiny piece of Green chili, 1 TBSP flax seed, 1 TBSP hemp protein, 1 TBSP Agave Nectar. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie

Avacado/Butter Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie great source of fiber and good fatty acids which helps to fight the bad cholestrol

This is one of the best smoothie, it tastes great and very relaxing

Instructions: 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water plus 3 ice cubes, 1/2 Ripe Avacado/Butter fruit, 1/3 cup of Rice Milk, 1 TSP Chopped Lemongrass, 1 TSP Vanilla extract, 3 TSP Agave Nectar. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie

Blueberry Smoothie

Nice Refreshing, Antioxidant

This smoothie helps lower the bad cholestrol level in the body

Instructions: 1 Cups of Water/Almond Milk, 1 Orange, 1 banana, 1 tbsp hemp oil, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp hemp protein, 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds. Blend them all nicely and enjoy the nice nutritious smoothie
